Shoe Sensation, a regional chain of family shoe stores, wanted to connect with online shoppers in a way that would drive traffic and lead to high conversion rates on its new e-commerce website. After a subscriber signs up for text messages, they receive an automated series of welcome messages that introduce them to the brand while providing a coupon code for their next purchase.
